For more context, my boyfriend is horrible with directions and we ended going to the wrong location. We were only 20 mins away from where she was. We told her we’d be there ASAP and she said she was too inconvenienced by our mistake. She never returned our money… it was $350. I asked for my money back after and then she blocked my #.
