We ambitiously booked pictures on a family vacation, and Chynna made it a memorable and fantastic experience! With small children, a big worry is that they’ll get camera shy and refuse to participate. Chynna was warm and friendly and our kids immediately jumped right in to posing. She was extremely patient and captured beautiful memories for us to treasure!

Chynna did the BEST job capturing priceless photos for our family. I was really nervous because our 2 year old is very active and rarely sits still. I expressed my concern and Chynna exuded so much kindness and patience while working alongside us to get some great photos. I couldn’t believe she got several with every person smiling and looking at the camera. To put it in perspective…there are 7 of us!! Her talent is undeniable, but it was her genuine care that had my husband and I certain we’ll continue to use her as our family photographer. I can’t recommend her enough!!

I found her mini session offer on Instagram and glad I rolled the dice on this kind stranger. From her selection of the location to the small touches that made a huge impact in our experience with her and in the final photos, I could not be more impressed with Chynna. These weren’t just photos with generic presets either; real editing happened—I know because I smeared my makeup on my daughter’s shirt near the beginning of the shoot 🤦🏻♀️ but no one would be the wiser thanks to her. She also was open with communication and quite timely with her edits. 5/5 would recommend :)

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our experience with Chynna! She came to our home to capture family photos, and from the moment she arrived, she made everyone feel so comfortable, even my kids, who can usually be a little shy around cameras. Her energy was so kind, calm, and genuine, and she somehow managed to capture moments I didn’t even realize would be so special until I saw them in the photos!!
The pictures are absolutely beautiful and feel so true to us, natural, warm, and full of love. She didn’t just take photos, she captured our family exactly as we are, and I’ll treasure these forever. Beckon and Bliss Photography is truly something special. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she just gets how to capture those little in-between moments, the ones that end up meaning the most. Chynna has an amazing eye for location and makes you feel totally comfortable in front of the camera. Chynna was such a gem to work with while she photographed myself and my boyfriend. She gave easy direction on how to pose and get those effortless shots we were looking for. She showed us previews throughout the shoot to make sure she was capturing our vision which we really appreciated!
