When I first saw Charlie’s portfolio, we knew she was the photographer that we wanted to work with. Calm and confident, Charlie made our wedding day feel stress free, working with her partner to capture us both in digital, film, and creating a beautiful Super8 wedding film for us. Her attention to detail in learning about US beforehand, with questionnaire’s & communication before, we really felt this was so helpful in enjoying the wedding planning process together. She was able to capture love, laughter, and energy throughout our day together - the way we sat together privately before our ceremony joyfully crying, romantic poses alongside the pool, our beaming smiles as we cut our cake, the chatter of guests waiting by the ice cream truck - we relive these moments looking at her pictures as you can hear the laughter and joy through her photos. Charlie was able to capture our most important day surrounded by our loved ones by capturing the simplicity, finding the details, and caught the organic moments. We decided to go from running hand in hand across downtown Boston for an elopement shoot with her - followed by the intimate soirée with closest friends & family and Charlie & her partner Nate were an incredible team in following the day. We know we will stay connected with her for years to come & hope she will be able to capture more of our life’s milestones.
