This keeps pricing transparent and gives you the flexibility to create a package that feels exactly right for your event.

Menu — base coverage (each includes the standard deliverable of 20 edited images per hour)

1 hour coverage — $150 — 20 edited images

2 hours coverage — $275 — 40 edited images

3 hours coverage — $400 — 60 edited images

Standard edited gallery: includes color corrected, basic retouching, exposure & crop adjustments — delivered as high-resolution JPGs (20 edited images per hour included).

Full gallery upgrade: deliver all usable images from the shoot (unlimited) — add $100–$200 depending on shoot size.

Extra edited images: $10 per extra edited image (if you want more than the included 20/hour).

Black-and-white set (select images converted to high-quality B+W): $25 flat.

Print release (commercial/personal print usage license): $50.

Standard delivery: 2–3 weeks.

Sneak peek (5–10 images within 48–72 hours): $0–$25 (you decide whether to include free); recommended for events.

Rush delivery (complete gallery in 3–5 business days): $75.

Rush delivery (complete gallery in 48–72 hours): $150.

Same-day (within 24 hours) highlight slideshow (3–5 minute edited video using event highlights): $250.

On-location prints or gift prints (set of 10 wallet prints): $40.

Live event social uploads (small selection uploaded same day): $100.

Extended editing (skin smoothing, advanced composites): priced per request; typical packages $50–$150.

Licensing for commercial use (social ads, branding): quoted per use.

Simple portrait appointment

Small wedding or elopement (single shooter)

6 hours coverage — $750 — 120 edited images — optional second shooter +$600 (flat) to increase coverage and final photos.

Corporate half-day coverage

4 hours coverage — $525 — 80 edited images — full gallery upgrade +$150 if you want all usable images.

I quote a baseline of 20 professionally edited images per hour as the standard deliverable; actual totals can vary by event type and pace (for example, portraits may yield more strong frames per hour than a ceremony-focused event).
If you want an exact minimum guarantee (e.g., “at least X images”) that can be added to a custom contract for larger events; we’ll set that in the quote.

Q: What if I want a guaranteed minimum number of photos?
A: For larger events we can include a guaranteed minimum in the quote and contract.

Q: Do you provide prints or albums?
A: Yes, prints, albums and physical products are available as add-ons — I’ll include pricing in the quote.

Q: How long until I get my photos?
A: Standard delivery is 2–3 weeks; rush options are available.
