Unfortunately Kim didn't show up to Pur wedding where she was booked as the videographer and a deposit had been paid. This left us without a videographer when she had been booked months in advance and suddenly stopped replying to us despite taking our money. I also received no follow up to my many emails and messages regarding a refund for services not provided.
