Location: Studio or outdoor location of your choice
Includes: 1 outfit change, 10 professionally edited digital photos
Extras: Additional photos available for $10 each

Duration: 2 hours
Location: Studio and/or multiple outdoor locations
Includes: Up to 3 outfit changes, 20 professionally edited digital photos, 1 printed 8x10 photo
Extras: Photo album upgrade available for $50

Premium Portrait Session

Duration: 3 hours
Location: Studio, outdoor locations, or on-site (home, office)
Includes: Unlimited outfit changes, 40 professionally edited digital photos, 1 large framed print (16x20), and a custom photo book

Basic Architecture Shoot

Duration: 2 hours
Includes: Interior and exterior shots of up to 2 properties or buildings, 15 high-resolution edited digital photos
Extras: Additional properties/buildings for $75 each

Duration: 4 hours
Includes: Comprehensive interior and exterior coverage of up to 5 properties or buildings, 30 high-resolution edited digital photos, and basic floor plan images if required
Extras: Drone photography available for an additional $150

Duration: 8 hours
Includes: Extensive coverage of up to 10 properties or buildings, 60 high-resolution edited digital photos, twilight or night shots, and a highlight reel video (2 minutes)

Photo Editing: $20 per photo for extensive retouching
Prints and Albums: Starting at $50 for prints; custom albums starting at $150
Travel Fee: $0.50 per mile outside a 30-mile radius from the location
