Standard Photo Shoot

My hourly rate is $75 an hour with a 2 hour minimum and $15 per image. You choose your favorite image or images from our photo session. I will then enhance each image using digital image processing software making sure all the colors, tones and contrast are correct. I deliver to you full resolution digital picture file(s) that can be sent to any printing service or used for your personal website or social media. 

Prices Start from $150

1 Hour Mini Session

I will travel to your location with a basic camera and lighting setup. We do a quick photo session taking 10 to 20 shots. You pick your 4 favorite pictures. I will deliver the final full resolution or web resolution digital picture file(s) that can be sent to any printing service or used for your personal use or social media. 
I charge a flat fee of $95 for Mini Sessions.

Real Estate Packages

I am currently equipped for interior and exterior photo shoots and basic walk-through video production and editing. Arial drone and 360° capability coming soon. All interior photos are shot with high dynamic range (HDR) photo technique and then processed in post-production. Digital image processing software is used making sure all the colors, tones and contrast are correct. I deliver to you full resolution .jpg picture files and/or .mp4 video files.

Basic Portrait or Headshot Photos

You pick 2 to 4 of your favorite shots.  I will then make sure all the colors, tones and contrast are correct while you wait. I will deliver the final full resolution or web resolution digital picture file(s) that can be sent to any printing service or used for your personal use or social media.

Birthday Photos
Lance photographed many special moments at my daughter's birthday party! I appreciate his attention to detail and unique perspective when capturing some of those moments from peculiar angles. Most of the time I am the one behind my phone lens resulting in low quality pictures and very few pictures of me with my children. I will cherish the candid moments Lance was able to capture with me and my children. Looking forward to working with him again for fall pictures!

Couples photo shoot
We had Lance document our love for one another and he was amazing! He made us both feel so comfortable and natural, because let's be honest, getting your photo taken isn't always the most fun. He made us laugh (which made our smiles natural) and he was very kind. Plus, the photos turned out amazing! Would definitely work with him again!
