    • For clients who are real estate agents that may be interested in booking this package, we’ll focus on highlighting the home’s most marketable features, such as spacious rooms, natural light, and unique design elements.

  • Photography Session:
    • 2-hour session with a mix of lifestyle shots (family moments, living spaces) and professional real estate photos (interior, exterior, yard).
    • Candid photos showcasing the family in their natural environment.
    • Real estate-style shots with wide-angle lenses, focusing on the layout, architectural details, and key selling points.
    • Note: This package includes exterior shots but does NOT include drone photography or videography.

  • Post-Processing:
    • Editing for both real estate and lifestyle images, ensuring the home looks its best for potential buyers and capturing intimate, personalized moments for family memories.
    • Enhancements that highlight the home’s natural light and layout while adding warmth and inviting tones to lifestyle images.

  • Digital Delivery:
    • 30 high-resolution, edited images delivered via a private online gallery.
    • Includes 15 real estate-focused images and 15 lifestyle images.

Optional Add-Ons:
  • Additional Images: $20 per image.
  • Full Session Upgrade: $100 for an extended 3-hour session, allowing for more detailed shots.
  • Video Tour: $600 for a 2-3 minute cinematic video showcasing the home and lifestyle features.

Pricing:
  • Base Fee: $650 (includes the session and 30 edited images: 15 real estate and 15 lifestyle).

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:
  • Cancellation: $150 fee if less than 1 week’s notice.
  • Rescheduling: No fee with at least 1 week’s notice.
