Package 1 — Mini Session | $200 + tax

  • 30 minutes

Package 2 — Standard Session | $325 + tax

60 minutes
  • 1–5 people
  • 1 location
  • 1 outfit
  • 25+ edited digital images

Package 3 — Extended Family Session | $400 + tax

  • 60 minutes
  • 6–10 people
  • 1 location
  • 1 outfit
  • 25+ edited digital images

Additional Details
  • - Each additional person after 10: $25 per person, per hour
  • - Pets are always welcome at no extra cost when photographed with humans
  • - Studio sessions available: studio fee paid by client
  • - Extra locations or outfit changes may incur additional costs depending on distance and group size

House less than 1,400 sq. feet - $125 +tax
House between 1,401 and 2,999 sq. feet - $175 +tax
House between 3,000 and 4,499 sq. feet - $225 +tax
House greater than 4,500 sq. feet - $325 +tax

Twilight Photo - $25 on top of price
No drone photography available at this time

**any job over 30 miles outside of 77084 will have a $30 travel fee

All real estate photography come with a minimum of 20 edited photos

Package 1 — Bronze | $1,100 + tax

• 2-3 hours of coverage

Package 2 — Silver | $1,500 + tax

• 4–5 hours of coverage
• 100+ edited digital photos

Package 3 — Gold | $1,900 + tax

• 6–8 hours of coverage
• 200+ edited digital photos

Add-Ons & Details
• Each additional hour after 8 hours: $200 + tax
• Second shooter: $500 + tax
• Travel fees apply for locations 45+ miles outside of 77084
• Courthouse or elopement inquiries: DM me for custom pricing

Destination Weddings
Just cover travel + room/board, and take 50% off any package of your choice.

Package 1: 1 hour, 1 location of your choice, 2 outfits, minimum of 30+ edited digital photos delivered - $350 +tax
Package 2: 90 minutes, 2 locations of your choice, 2 outfits, minimum of 50+ edited digital photos delivered - $500 +tax
**travel fees apply for outside of 30 miles from 77084 - time includes traveling from one location to the next
