I would love to be able to have it so clients can message me and it is populated in their portal history
It would be a dream to have Facebook Instagram and text messages (I guess a bit like beeper) all in one place
A chat widget on the website that can be embedded so people can have conversations if they don’t want to send emails / contact forms
