Clients should not be allowed in to make their invoice as paid. This is confusing and on our end we should control this only.

A client said they paid retainer and marked it as paid. I immediately told them it wasn’t paid and didn’t come through. Now weeks later they are saying it’s marked as paid.

Hi Rachel, thanks for your input. There should not be any way for a client to set the status of an invoice to paid unless they pay via Stripe.
