Allow clients to use the chat function from the client portal

Can we rebrand the chat/conversation function that's used to speak to other photographers and instead use it for client chat inside of the booking portal? I think we will get much greater use out of it chatting inside of the booking portal in case the client has any questions and may not want to text/call us or vice versa. If we send a message in the chat, the chat can ping the client via text that they have a message in their client portal and could send them the link again to see it. This could get them to use the client portal more. Something like...
