IPS MILESTONES & contact info tweak request

Hi,

1) please add a PROSPECT section! Sometimes I have a lead but it doesn’t turn into a booking but I’d like to be able to enter the info I have, and not require email and phone number to move forward. We should only need one mode of contact info. *If there was a box to check whether we have a boutique prospect or a digital only prospect that would rock!

2) a place to enter our clients home address would be a helpful add on to the client contact area.

3) I’m an IPS photographer so the client experience continues beyond the photo session. I schedule their in person sales presentation because I don’t send my clients digital galleries…so I don’t want the client portal to have the client profile move into “past” client sessions, I want Unscripted to give me another milestone option for the IPS appointment and also a product delivery milestone.

The way unscripted is set up currently, is only for shoot n share photographers that don’t sell print products.

There should be the following milestones to accommodate a boutique IPS structure.

1) First call

2) Consultation

3) Photoshoot appointment

4) Ordering Appointment

5) Delivery of products to client
