options to make questionnaire questions mandatory to complete

Hi there,

I've noticed that some clients aren't fully completing the questionnaires, and it's becoming important that they do. Is there a way to make each question mandatory to complete, or at least allow me to set certain questions as compulsory or optional? Also, to have a dropdown or multiple choice would be helpful. For now, I just really really need clients to answer every question!
