Wedding timeline template

I would love to send my clients a rough draft of a template where they as well can edit.
A place for them to go in and create their template through the portal and I can see it and then it pops up with matching times so we get notifications sent to our phone at each timeline hour or the option to keep that off if preferred.

Yes, the ability to reorganize or have it automatically re-order based on time would be so huge!
and by populate I mean when you add a new line, currently you have to write it out backwards
