Manage gallery settings (watermarks, downloads etc) on a section by section bases

I wanted to suggest to be able to adjust the download/watermark/view option for each individual section of a client's gallery. For example, I have a sample section and a final image section. I want to have watermarks on and downloads off for the samples, but once the favorites are chosen and edited, I want the finals to have no watermark, be downloadable, and to hide access to the samples or at least keep watermarks on and downloads off.
