Booking requests to turn into leads first

I would love for the booking request to turn into a lead first, and then only turn into a booking once the contract and invoice have been signed, or once I have manually turned it into a booking. Alongside this it would be great if I were able to create a lead from the app rather than having to fill out the booking request form first.

Also once the form has been sent id love to be able to make it more visual - so a video thanking them for their time and depending on which service they requested determines the info they receive
Id also like to include information and faq and just make it a place to add real value to the person interested
This is so much better - so you can click between leads and bookings and you can set the leads to archive after x amount of time but their info is still searchable in the app
