Remove tax line from service and retainer fees

There is no tax on digital products and services or retainer fees here. I'd like the ability to remove taxes from the invoice so they aren't automatically added.
If I have the retainer, which is added as a service, and a product in the same invoice, the whole amount gets taxed.

If this was just a button to check or uncheck that would be great. Personally I don’t want to see it go away but accommodating everyone would be good.
