Set a default client portal welcome message and questionnaire intro message

Current you need customise the default messages in the client portal each time you create a shoot. It is not possible to set a new default message that applies to new shoots.

Photographers would like the ability to customise this default so that they can make smaller adjustments each time they share a shoot.
