Client Portal - Password protections
Suggestion

My clients emails have gotten hacked and strangers or hackers have been able to go into their accounts and mess with stuff like payments.
There are concerned of no security when it comes to logging into the portal. Especially when they want to share galleries to their family members. As a photographer I’d like to know via email capturing who they are sending to all times. Some can reference and back track if such issues arrive .
In short, can we please add a password or PIN login with a 4 to 6 digit PIN required in order for them to get into their galleries and Login personal client portals? Please!!!!

Hi Nicole Kilroy have you contacted our customer support about this issue? If there are any issues with your photoshoot payments we can be of assistance to straighten things out.
Gabe Grieve Hey! I have figured it out on my own between my bank and my clients at times. I do not always use the bank cards through the unscripted platform. I use them through Stripe/Paypal on the side or Cash. But my clients are more concerned about account security in general. When I send them the link after booking to their client portal, it does not ask them for a PIN or password. To them, it looks fishy and easily hackable when not asked every time they log into it.
Gabe Grieve to them it means that their link is exposed if their emails get hacked. Which has happened once for me. I had to create another new fresh link by creating a new photoshoot. It shouldn't be that complicated for them to have to have a new one and resign everything too while at it. I think we should have a way for photographers to setup a 4 to 6-digit PIN to send with their booking link (Personal Client dashboard) in general that way it is more secure for them.
