Instagram Carousel Low Res

Using the Instagram Carousel, when I zoom into a photo (a full res Nikon Z8 30mb photo) just a bit, when it posts, it comes out very low res and blurry. If I don't zoom in, the photos are good.

I even saw this, the resolution is too poor. It will be nice if the original quality is maintained.
