Update booking form

I do not use the booking form on the Unscripted app because it is very limited. I would love for it to have all customizable options as my website does.
Then I can see myself using it all the time, but I need some more options. That’s why I go to my website to book my Clients.
1 - I would like to be able to add a phone number as mandatory ( add a toggle on or off the mandatory button)
2- Be able to add or remove fields in the form.
3 - Make it fully editable
