Estimate vs Invoice

It would be helpful to be able to send an estimate/quote and then convert it to an invoice. I've found many people will complete the booking form without reviewing packages, and then I send the questionnaire to better understand their needs, and have to provide the pricing based on the questionnaire. Some people get offended when you send an invoice, as they feel that you're skipping a step to confirm the price first.
