Booking Request Status Options

I don't find my process as black & white as booking = shoot completed.
Sometimes you get a booking request - accept the booking so you can send the questionnaire, contract, invoice, and then the lead goes cold. It would be good to be able to have other status options other than "request/ booking", like "booking in process or follow-up", "postponed/ cancelled", or "on hold", so that you can still keep the details of the booking without having to delete or just have it sitting under booking with an empty date. Many times they fall off and then come back.
