Stripe

There should be an ability for us to manually add stripe option to only specific clients, (not all) as some clients will ask to pay credit card where there is a 2.9% processing fee, (which they know since I communicate that), and so in those cases we should be able to give that specific client the option to pay with stripe, with the ability to easily pass that fee along to that client
