Mark off partial payments on invoice

I require different amounts of the whole balance paid at different times (i.e. if they have book a full wedding package with engagements, bridals and wedding day coverage, I require a certain amount of the total of that package price to be paid for the engagements when we take them, and again with the bridals) Because engagements and bridals/formals are taken before the wedding day, I would love an option to be able to mark that portion paid, when and where, within the invoice. Think of it as a payment plan, so that if they want to pay the amount(s) through stripe/with card through the invoice and not a third party such as Venmo, they would be able to pay those small portions rather than pay it all at once.
