Pre-Booking Client Messaging Within the Hub

I would love to see a feature that allows photographers to communicate with potential clients directly within the Unscripted hub before sending contracts, invoices, questionnaires, or proposals.
Currently, when I click the communication icon, it redirects me to my email application. While Unscripted already does an excellent job handling contracts, invoices, questionnaires, and automated communications, there is no centralized place for those initial conversations with prospective clients.
Having an in-app messaging feature for pre-booking discussions would allow photographers to answer questions, discuss pricing, confirm locations and timing, and gather important details without leaving the platform. Once the client is ready to move forward, the conversation could seamlessly transition into sending contracts and invoices through the existing workflow.
This would create a true end-to-end client experience and keep all communication organized in one place rather than split between email and Unscripted.
