Improve email Automation / set it and forget it

I would love to see improvements to the reliability and setup process for automated workflows within Unscripted.

Currently, I have to manually create and add each individual automation, which makes setting up workflows for different session types very time-consuming. I would love the ability to create reusable automation templates or complete workflow templates that can be applied to a session or client all at once, rather than adding every automation individually.

I've also experienced situations where automated messages don't send or trigger as expected, so I sometimes feel like I need to manually check that everything worked.

Ideally, I would love to create a complete workflow once, such as booking confirmation, questionnaire reminder, session reminder, gallery delivery follow-up, and review request, and then apply that entire workflow to a client or session with one click.

It would also be helpful to have a clear automation activity log showing what is scheduled, what has successfully sent, and what has failed, with an alert if something doesn't go through.

Being able to build a workflow once, reuse it easily, and trust that every automation will run would make Unscripted significantly more efficient.
