Adding poses to singular session

It used to be that if you were within a specific booking, “adding poses” when you clicked the + it would just automatically add to that session. Now I have to scroll to the session I want to add it to and doesn’t matter if I’m in the “posing” tab or when I’m within the booking itself. It’s also showing me bookings from years ago as an option to add to. It’s really annoying. Just clearing the cache of only allowing to add to upcoming bookings would help tremendously.
