Deep customization for Contracts, Questionnaires, Invoices, and Client Portal (with niche-specific templates)
SuggestionRight now, the customization options across the platform feel very limited and rigid. Every document (contract, questionnaire, invoice) and every list-based element (notes, goals) looks like a plain, uniform text block with no visual hierarchy. I'd love to see the following improvements:
1. Contract Customization
Ability to add large section headers/titles within the contract body
Multiple font options (not just one default style)
Support for hyperlinks embedded directly in the contract text
Ability to insert tables (for pricing breakdowns, payment schedules, deliverables, etc.)
Text formatting options (bold, colors, spacing) to make long contracts easier to scan
2. Questionnaire Customization
Ability to segment questions into categories or sections (instead of one long endless list)
Custom section titles, colors, and fonts to visually separate topics (e.g., "Timeline," "Family Details," "Vendors")
This would make long questionnaires (weddings especially) feel more organized and less overwhelming for clients
3. Invoice Customization
Same level of styling flexibility as contracts: fonts, section headers, tables, and hyperlinks
Ability to visually group line items by category
4. Client Portal / Notes & Goals Styling
Right now, Notes and Goals appear as plain single-line entries with zero styling
Would love the ability to format these as styled lists, cards, or blocks with color coding, instead of a flat unstyled row
This applies to the entire client portal dashboard, not just one section
5. Niche-Specific Templates
Instead of one generic template structure for all shoot types, allow photographers to select a pre-built template category when creating a shoot (e.g., "Wedding," "Portrait," "Family," "Newborn")
Each template would come with its own suggested questionnaire sections, contract language structure, and portal layout already tailored to that niche, saving time on setup
Overall, the goal is to give photographers real design flexibility across contracts, questionnaires, and invoices, similar to what you'd expect from a modern document editor, so client-facing materials feel polished and on-brand instead of generic and flat.
