Multiple sub-events per shoot, each with its own date, time, and description

Right now, a shoot only supports a single date with one start time and one end time. This doesn't reflect how many weddings actually happen. A couple might have an engagement session a month before the wedding, then a ceremony on Thursday and a separate reception on Saturday, all tied to the same client and the same overall project. Today there's no way to represent that inside one shoot.

I'd like to be able to add multiple sub-events under a single shoot, where each one has its own date, its own start and end time, and its own short description of what that day actually is. For example: "Engagement Session, June 12th, 4pm to 6pm" as one entry, "Wedding Ceremony, July 30th (Thursday), 2pm to 4pm" as a second entry, and "Wedding Reception, August 1st (Saturday), 6pm to 11pm" as a third entry, all grouped under the same client and shoot.

Each of these sub-events should show up clearly in the client portal as its own labeled block, with its own date, time range, and description, instead of forcing everything into one generic date/time field at the top of the shoot. This would make the platform much more useful for real wedding timelines that span multiple sessions and multiple days, instead of assuming every client only has one single event.
