Client Guides order

I'm having an issue where I'm unable to change the order of my client guides on the client facing side. I have one most important guide i need all my clients to read first, the rest are secondary but I still add them for them to be able to have extra info. Huge problem right now is the most important guide shows up as dead last in all 10 guides i send them. And there is nothing I can do to change that order no matter how hard I try. Please update this so I can change this,
