offer to replace photos with matching filenames in gallery when adding more photos

Sometimes we have to go back and make changes to a few photos. Currently, you cannot simply upload them a second time and replace the ones already in the gallery that need to be replaced. You would have to go through and physically delete the ones you want to replace, or delete the whole album and reupload it. with the new photos.
