Custom email title for when the dashboard is sent out, and changing of email header

Emails being sent out to client NOT saying "Your Photoshoot Dashboard is ready" or "Here's a link to your photoshoot dashboard". I do video too and I'd like for it to just say "video shoot" or something related to video if that's what the job is for.
