Add Multiple Question Types to Questionnaire Templates

I would love to see more question/answer options added to questionnaire templates. Currently, the questionnaires are fairly limited because questions can only be answered with a written response.

It would be incredibly helpful to have additional field types, such as:

* Multiple choice
* Checkboxes / select all that apply
* Dropdown menus
* Yes / No options
* Rating scales
* Date and time fields

As a photographer, there are so many questions where I don’t necessarily need a written response. For example, I may want a wedding client to select which events they’re including in their day, choose family groupings, indicate which services/vendors they have booked, or select multiple options that apply to them.

Having different question types would make questionnaires much easier for clients to complete, allow photographers to gather more specific information, and make the questionnaire feature significantly more versatile.
