Bring back "sort by capture time" in galleries

This used to be a feature in the manage gallery section, however it is no longer there. Not having this makes it extremely difficult to sort a wedding in chronological order.

It still there, it just isnt an option if no capture time is in the meta data, you may have stripped it out when exporting from Lightroom for example
