Clickable Link (URL) in Email Templates

The current email template tags allow for insertion of a url, but only as plain text. It does not allow the end user to click on it so they must copy/paste in order to view the client portal.

I'd like this link to be a hyperlink, or even better, allow full customization of font, font size, hyper links, etc in emails.
