What do I do about my current subscription?
All you need to do is give us 48 hours while we switch your account over to a Lifetime subscription. Once we do, you’ll get an email confirmation that lets you know when you can manually cancel your subscription via the app store so you don’t get double-charged. As much as we’d love to, we’re unable to offer app store refunds for unused subscriptions.
Does Lifetime Access include future app updates and the web platform?
Yes, it does! The only other expense to consider is storage for our galleries – but you have 10GB included in your lifetime purchase to get you started.
Can I give Lifetime Access to someone else as a gift?
Absolutely! We just need to know the email of the Unscripted account that will be receiving lifetime. But don’t worry – it’s super simple. You’ll be prompted to provide this information when purchasing Lifetime.
