I have never been more upset at someone like I am of you. You took over a $600 deposit, then you were sick, then there was excuse after excuse after contacting me days/weeks later after I tried to reach out to you to discuss this. You mentioned the deposit is non-refundable and all those excuses as well. I could only rate you a ONE because there was NO ZERO rating on here. If you are going through personal matters, then you should NOT take any deposits. PERIOD!
DO NOT PAY A DEPOSIT OR USE AUTUMN FOR ANY PHOTOS! I have found MUCH cheaper pricing for the same photo's we wanted.
