We had such a great and enjoyable photo session with Mikayla. From the very beginning she was very responsive and professional, and made everything seamless. She captured the most beautiful and sentimental newborn photos for our family, and we couldn’t be happier with the photos!! Absolutely recommend her for any photoshoot session, without a doubt.

Booking with Mikayla will be the best choice you ever make! She took pictures of my little family for my daughter’s first birthday. It started to rain and my daughter was so cranky the whole time and Mikayla did such an amazing job keeping her happy and getting some amazing pictures despite the toddler behavior and less than ideal weather. We will definitely booking with Mikayla again!

We had the most incredible experience with Mikayla! From the start, she made everyone feel completely comfortable! We had a 9 month old girl, an insane 3.5 year old boy, a type A mom, and a camera shy dad - she made everyone single person at ease! She provided fantastic direction for poses, which made the entire session feel natural. What truly sets Mikayla apart is her incredible patience and grace with children. Our son was running wild, but she didn’t blink an eye and just rolled with it. The final photos are absolutely beautiful! I couldn't have asked for a better photographer. We love her work so much that we’ve already booked her again for our daughter’s upcoming 1st birthday cake smash and a large extended family session. If you are looking for a photographer who is both wildly talented and amazing with kids, look no further!

We had an amazing at home session with Mikayla. The session felt so natural and fun to just yap and get to one another. She sent a sneak right away and I really appreciate her time and effort in editing power lines out which I never would’ve have thought make such a difference! We will be booking again for a larger family session in the fall for sure!

We hired Mikayla to do a pregnancy shoot and post partum photos. Mikayla is so great to work with. She’s a super sweet person who has a passion for capturing those special moments without them being staged. Her personality immediately puts you at ease so you can relax and she can capture the best photos. She loves what she does and it shows.
