I have so much to say about the amazing Perla—she truly was exceptional from beginning to end. I hired Perla about a year and a half before my wedding, and from our very first interaction, she was incredibly professional, warm, and on point. She immediately hopped on a call with me and my fiancé (now husband), and made us feel completely comfortable and confident in her hands. We started with our engagement shoot, and it was such a beautiful experience. Perla brought us out of our shell and made me feel not only comfortable but truly beautiful. The photos she captured in Bakersfield were stunning—timeless memories we will cherish forever. Throughout the entire wedding planning process, she stayed communicative and reliable. Her talent—especially with her Super 8 film work and photography—blew us away. She captured us so naturally, with her artistic touch elevating every shot. The photos felt like us, just through a beautifully enhanced lens. So far, we’ve only received a sneak peek from the wedding day, and already I’m amazed. Perla continues to exceed expectations. She has an incredible eye for detail, a true gift for storytelling, and an energy that brings out the best in everyone. She’s not only talented but also patient, kind, and such a joy to be around. My husband and I have nothing but glowing things to say about her. We’ll absolutely be working with her again—hopefully for future family milestones like maternity or baby photos. Perla is one of a kind, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding photographer or for any special occasion. She is a gem, and we are so grateful to have had her be part of our journey.

If you’ve been looking for a photographer, look no more because Perla is THE ONE!! We’ve done 3 sessions with her and she was amazing each time! You can tell how great she is just by the amount of times we’ve worked with her! The first session was in Big Sur and oh man was that a trip - we didn’t have service and found each other at a random hilly drive way. Not what we had originally planned, but magic was made! Perla made do with what we had and the photos came out amazing! We even were caught in a downpour and the photos she captured made us feel like we were in the Notebook! She’s super professional and made us feel extremely comfortable to be in front of the camera. We looked so natural and you could really feel the love in our photos. She’s super quick too! We were able to get sneak peeks within a week! I could write an essay on how great Perla is, but I’ll save you all the time. 10000/10 recommend - Perla is the photographer you’ve been looking for!

I trusted Perla from the very beginning. As soon as I booked my engagement session she was available anytime I needed her. Perla creates magic. I cannot stop staring at my pictures. (Engagement and wedding) Everyone has commented how beautiful my pictures are and Perla will be my go to photographer from this moment on. 🤍
