We had a Senior Session scheduled for our daughter an hour and a half away last weekend that we had waited there all day for and had someone else planned to be in some photos. Our session was canceled an hour before the scheduled time. Jaquelyn did not reach out to reschedule for two days. Finally we were offered to reschedule or just move forward with our second scheduled session and get a discount. We confirmed our second session and a discounted price. The day of the session she confirmed our meeting time and place via text. 7 min. before the session she emailed what vehicle she was in and said what she was wearing and where she would be and also that she had dropped her phone and the screen is gone. We waited at the location for a half hour and she never showed up and did not respond to calls, texts, or emails. We have continued to reach out multiple times via email, text, and multiple social media platforms and still have not received any response, explanation, or apology, and she has blocked us on Facebook. This has been very disappointing for our daughter who was excited and ready for her senior pictures. We are extremely dissatisfied with our experience with Jacquelyn and do not recommend her services.

I was supposed to have a split session with Jacquelyn but unfortunately she didn't show up either time. We had been waiting all day to take pictures with her at a location over an hour away from our house and she cancelled an hour before the session. The second time she had told us she would meet us and then never showed up.

Jacquelyn was so incredible! The photos turned out so beautiful! My daughter felt comfortable instantly with her! She was very kind and very good at communicating things with us. I would highly recommend her for any type of session! I plan on booking her in the future for a family session! Thank you Jacquelyn!

Jacquelyn did my daughter’s senior pictures and they turned out amazing! Made my daughter feel very comfortable. Would definitely recommend her to anyone and will definitely be going back for more picture!

Jacquelyn did an amazing job for our beach engagement photos. She went above and beyond to provide us beautiful photos. She was so easy to work with and had great planned shots to make the session seamless.
