I’ve worked with Lauren three times now and each time has been wonderful! She is professional but also laid back and fun. I’m not comfortable in front of a camera and she is great at helping me know what to do and to relax. Her editing and style are beautiful, she has honed her talent for capturing special moments and preserving them in a beautiful way. Lauren was on call for me as I impatiently waited for my son’s arrival. We had hoped for a home birth and wasn’t sure if it truly would happen since things don’t always go as planned, iykyk. Lauren was very communicative and timely with responding to my updates. She stayed on call throughout the days and nights prior to my water breaking. She came over immediately once I sounded the alarm that my contractions were picking up. Once she arrived she just fell into place and started capturing my journey of the home birth based on what we discussed prior. Us and the midwives barely noticed her in the room and during my delivery while she made my dreams come true. She DELIVERED. Everything I hoped to gain from this life changing event was captured perfectly showing all the raw emotions that comes with this final act. The photo gallery she provided brought tears and appreciation from everyone we shared it with. These photos meant the world to us and our families. Thank you again, Lauren!!!!

Don't bother looking anywhere else. This is who you want taking your photos. Lauren comes with over a decade of professional experience -- and it shows. She is a master not only of thoughtful and intentional framing, but also lighting and editing. Our session was a family session with our then three month old son. The location was one that *I* had in mind, but Lauren was not even given the ability to see it beforehand, yet she was able to quickly find the best light and composition areas. I love those photos so much. Any photos of your family are special, but the right photographer captures the moment in a way that is simply invaluable and she does Just That. From the business side, she is an excellent communicator and explained every step along the way up to, during, and after the shoot. Expectations were laid out for timing estimates and delivered upon as well. I searched high and low, looking at every photographer within 75 miles and nobody else even comes close to this type of authenticity and artistry. She's worth it.
