We just finished our Christmas photoshoot and I LOVE all our pictures!! She was so fun and sweet, communication was a breeze. I always feel awkward having someone take our pictures because I never know how to pose but she made it fun, she told us where to go and what to do, in the end our pictures turned out so beautiful! She is such a talented Photographer and a beautiful person.

Mady was wonderful, being a mom herself made it easy for her to understand and connect with my 2yr old during the session to retain cooperation! Her professionalism and expertise made the session super quick and productive being 37 weeks pregnant and the shots came out ASTONISHING!!! Will be returning with her for our little ones newborn shots soon! 😊

My maternity shoot and a floral shoot I recently did are incredible. I’m so amazed and in love with all the photos Mady has ever taken! Whatever vision you have, she knows how to bring it to life. When we moved to VA 3 years ago, I fell in love with the look/vibe of the NEON district. I didn’t have anything specific in mind, just the NEON district and Mady went far beyond what I could have imagined. She did so well with my 13 year old son, it was so painless for him (he even made a comment when we got back in the car that it was too easy), she was there to get to know him and make him feel comfortable. We have received so many compliments on his pictures - how they’re “him” and scream his personality. I cannot thank you enough!

Mady was so easy to work with! She was extremely patient with my 9 year old and her silly photo request. Not to mention the quality of the photos blew my mind. It’s been so long since we were able to take pictures and she exceeded my expectations all the way down to the edits. I can’t wait for her to photograph the new baby and when dad comes home from deployment. We will definitely be using her again!

I booked Mady for a mini session as a way to get my Christmas card photos done. She was an absolute delight to work with and I so appreciate the effort she put into making this session so wonderful. Mady was incredible flexible when it came to picking a date / time. She also did a great job helping us get the specific shots I wanted for the card. First off, my husband and I are obsessed with our photos!! They’re vibrant, beautiful, and most importantly, full of love & life. We absolutely loved how Mady was able to capture these moments between us. I also appreciated how invested she was in knowing about who we were as a couple (i.e if we preferred moody/romantic vibes vs fun/candid etc), and how she was able to translate that into the photoshoot. Not to mention, how chill and laid back the session was :) She made sure to keep us updated every step of the way, and the whole process felt like a breeze. Madisyn is an amazing photographer. We had five children in our family pictures and she was so patient and kind with them. She took her time and made sure to get great pictures of them all. Will definently be using her again....

I connected with Mady through a Facebook group where she was offering a discounted maternity shoot. I was pregnant with my second baby and had serious regrets about not doing the photos when I was pregnant with my first, so I reached out. She was so easy to talk to, so flexible and understanding…. Even when I forgot my dress and had to drive 20 minutes back home to get it and made us run super late. I loved my maternity photos so much that I booked her to do our newborn shoot when the baby was born. The newborn shoot came out way better than I had anticipated and she even managed to get some good shots of my toddler who was not cooperative, at all. 10/10 recommend Mady for all your photography needs. There’s also something to be said about her keeping her prices reasonable for those of us who aren’t rich but still would like those special moments captured in a beautiful way.

Absolutely love madys work, i won’t go to anyone else ! She’s the best at what she does and you can tell this is her passion as soon as she starts the session, she will do anything to get the best pics. She always makes taking pictures so easy and comfortable for us and always sends us our galleries at such a timely manner. I definitely recommend her!!
