Good Photographer, Poor Communication and Serious Delays
We used SG Photography for our engagement photos first, and that experience went smoothly — communication was clear and the photos came out beautiful. Unfortunately, our wedding experience was the complete opposite.
Although we finally received our wedding photos last night, the process getting there was extremely disappointing. Our July 2025 wedding contract guaranteed delivery within 6–8 weeks, yet it took almost four months. We were repeatedly given new delivery dates that came and went with no explanation, and after October 26th, our messages were ignored entirely.
The lack of communication and the constant delays caused a great deal of stress during what should have been a happy time. We ultimately only received the gallery after making it clear we were prepared to pursue legal action — something no client should ever have to do just to get what they paid for.
While we appreciate the final photos, the breach of contract, lack of professionalism, and communication issues make it difficult to recommend SG Photography for weddings.
