We were charged R16650 as a “discounted price” for a 1 videographer video package. We were planning our wedding while overseas and were in a rush to get everything planned. From the get-go there was no real communication, only demand for payments to be made. We had to beg to get an initial meeting. The only reason we continued is because close friends of mine received a very very nice video within 2 months of getting married and since I knew them well I trusted we would get the same service. After SEVERAL months of begging for our video we received a shaky half assed video with no special moments, terrible editing and a big mouth from Luigi. Very arrogant and rude from the start and claims to be a Christian. God sees what you are doing and your day will come.. thank you for ruining something we had high hopes for and be sure to know you will see us in Small Claims Court if you don’t produce the raw footage so we can get someone with sense to edit it. Thanks for nothing.

The owner sold me a package at R9000 for 2 wedding photographers, (one to take photos of me and one for the guests) 650+ edited pictures, a printed canvas and all pictures on a personalized USB. All pictures to be delivered in 30 days. The package also included. Family pictures wedding party pictures and all of those specifics. Come the day, only one photographer shows up. No pictures of my side of the family was even take. No family portraits. As A bride I was so overwhelmed by the day i just went with what the photographer said and assumed we will do those later. But it never happened. When questioned about the one photographer as I asked specifically I want portraits of us while the other can take pictures of the guests. I was told he already spent to much and the photographer sent was as good as two. I decided to wait for the pictures. I was sent 200 pictures (not withing the 30 days stipulated) Some of my feet and like a piece of draping. When asked when do I get the rest of the pictures he told me no that's it. When asked but I paid for 650+, I was informed that there just wasn't enough "moments" mind you there was no pictures of the flower toss, garter toss, dad and bride dance, only one picture of bride and groom dance and maybe 6 photos of me and my groom. The rest are guests sitting around. Not one of me and my mom, dad or sister. Infact. NO PICTURES to even say my mom, dad or sister was there. When I said but that is why I needed two photographers, he is insulted my wedding and said there just wasn't any good moments to photograph. I then threatened with a lawsuit when He said okay he will send all of his raw pictures and refund R1500 for the second photographer I didn't get. Now almost 3 months later, I received the very poor photos but still no refund. He ignores me, becomes sarcastic, and just acts like a child when I try to get anything out of him. I am absolutely horrified as my happiest day is not even captured and now I will have to live with that. Horrible horrible pictures.
