I was excited to book my branding shoot, but some early things felt unclear—like the example photos, which seemed auto-generated and left me unsure what to expect. Our first session was canceled due to weather, which I totally understood. It was an outside shoot. On the rescheduled day, she asked me to come an hour early (then arrived a bit late herself), but the shoot ended up going smoothly and was enjoyable. I had a lot of fun!
She was prepared with poses and showed me images as we went, saying I’d have lots to use for thumbnails and that she’d share the raw footage. That promise was a big reason I chose not to request edits on the final photos, even though the turnaround was slower than expected. Her contract stated 14 days for changes, but she told me 3.
Unfortunately, I’ve asked multiple times for the raw images she promised and haven’t received a reply. That’s been really disappointing. I’m still hopeful she follows through, and if she does, I’ll update this review.
