I'm heartbroken to share that our Liv has never delivered our wedding video, despite months of promises and delays and promised deadlines. I've since learned that there are multiple other brides are in the same position — all still waiting.
Meanwhile, she continues to take on new clients.
We were promised our video once again with a refund and have not received an answer once again.
We trusted her with our memories and invested in something so meaningful - and now we have nothing.

This has been devastating, unprofessional but I hope sharing helps others! I don’t understand how a person can do this to people.
My experience having Liv as a videographer
As much as I don’t want to leave a bad review, I feel as though I’m left with no choice. I just want other people to be aware so no one else has the same experience that we’ve had. We hired Liv to film our July 20th, 2024. At the time, she was new to the industry and running a promotion for 2024 couples, which included a complimentary engagement video. We took advantage of the offer. We received the engagement video after the fact and were genuinely happy with the outcome — the video was beautifully done, and she was a joy to work with.
On our wedding day, she was kind, upbeat, and professional. She even stayed a bit later than scheduled to capture all the important moments, which we truly appreciated. We paid her in full prior to the wedding and were initially very optimistic about working with her.
However, after the wedding, several months went by without any update. Understanding she was new to the business, I gave her grace and didn’t reach out until May 6, 2025. She responded via text, apologized, and told me she’d be working on the video that coming weekend. Since then, I’ve followed up multiple times — on June 20, June 27, July 3, and July 11 — with no response.
As our one-year anniversary approaches, we still haven’t received our wedding video, and the lack of communication has been extremely disappointing. While she was fantastic to work with on the day of the wedding, the overall experience has left me very dissatisfied. Especially knowing we paid her in full and one year later, haven’t received any footage from our special day. I’ve also spoken with other clients who have had similar issues.
I genuinely have sympathy for people and understand that life happens — but transparent and timely communication goes a long way. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend her services.
