Eryn was great for our engagement photos but not our wedding photos. Once the wedding occurred I had a very hard time contacting her. My photos were done much later than agreed upon and she would not respond to why they’re taking so long and gave me no reason until she sent them. This felt very unprofessional as I would have more grace if I had known what was going on and why the photos were taking longer. Once I got in the photos, I had photos missing(with my grandparents) that I had told her I wanted it in my package and I contacted her twice about it, and still have not received the photos. On the day of the wedding she also expected me to remember all of my couple photos I had wanted to do, I had sent her ideas and felt overwhelmed from the day and had wished she had told me what photos I had requested and made them happen. My photos were nicely done for the most part, but I felt like Eryn had been very unprofessional with the way she had dealt the photo delay and not receiving all the photos I wanted.
