I booked Lyndan for my wedding SUPER early and during the phase where we were talking to see if she was the right fit for my big day, she was great, flexible, accommodating. I was stoked! (I booked a full day wedding)As we got into the planning though, her communication was few and far between, I felt like I had to keep bothering her to get my questions answered, and I felt I had to do a lot of leg work to get the things she was offering in the package. On the day of she spent twice the amount of time to shoot the "getting ready" photos than we agreed on, since it was not my priority. And then at the reception tried to leave before our first dance and father-daughter dance. We scrambled to do them before she left but she was very rushy and it was upsetting that she was the least accomadating vendor I had after ALL the planning we had done! Then, it took DOUBLE the amount of time to get my photos which sucked. (They were great photos though) When following up with her about the free anniversary shoot she offered for the inconvenience, and other package items I have not received, she now won't respond to my emails!! Really frustrating experience that I would not recommend for anyone's wedding!
